To form a all 5 NASHIK MIDC Dispute Free Industrial Zone Committee at NIMA office to create a Positive Investment Atmosphere for Magnetic MHA 2.0 projects.

( 5 MIDCs = Satpour , Ambad, Sinnar , Gonde & Dindori )

Why

Due to Politically Motivated Negative Unions Agendas , Nashik image has Tarnished Badly. Investors shy away from Nashik MIDC as they don’t see any mechanism to protect their Investment. This has impacted Nashik Badly in allotment of Magnetic MHA 2.0 projects. Eventually impacting Nashik Economics, Jobs & growth.

Concern

Due to Labor Unrest & Disputes, almost 50 SME & 5\6 Large industries have either closed Down Operations or have migrated to other locations, impacting almost 50,000 Jobs.

Propose Solution

To form a Committee Comprising:

• 4 Large Industry Internal Unions Ex. Leaders
• 4 Ex. Presidents of Nashik Industrial Associations.
• Labour Law Expert & 1 Personal Expert.

The Factory Owners can apply-Request to the Committee for Advice, Mediate or legal Support.

Actions

1st Action : The 10 member Committee Shortlisting is in Final Stage , will be Finalized in 1st Week of October 2021.

This will help in holding the Talent Migration & will allow Nashik’s inclusion in Magnetic MAHA 2.0, as this step would greatly improve the city’s industrial Growth, Economics & Jobs.
